WHAT TO KNOW ABOUT YOUR WRISTBAND FOR SOLSHINE:

Please allow until 1 week prior to festival for your wristbands to arrive. Wristbands will be sent to the shipping address specified on your order.  If you need to update the address on your tickets, please do so by April 1st, 2024 by contacting ETIX Support.

If you have any issues relating to wristband shipment, please call ETIX at 1-800-514-ETIX or Email ETIX Support.

Exceptions to the above may happen as we get closer to the festival and your order could be “Print-At-Home” or “Will Call.” You will receive your wristbands at the festival in this situation.
